Ingredients

  • 12 potatoes

    Topper 1:
  • 1 cup (3 ounces) shredded Wisconsin Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or sour cream

    Topper 2:
  • 1/2 cup (2 ounces) crumbled Wisconsin Blue cheese
  • 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon chopped chives
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

    Topper 3:
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup (3/4 ounce) grated Wisconsin Romano cheese
  • 1/4 cup (2 ounces) Cream Cheese

Cooking Directions

For preparation of baked potatoes on your grill, clean and individually foil-wrap 12 potatoes. Place potatoes around edges of grill over hot coals. Cover grill and bake for 45 to 60 minutes, depending on number and size of potatoes.

While potatoes are baking, mix ingredients for each Topper in separate mixing bowls. When potatoes are done, carefully remove from the grill, cut open and give guests their choice of topper.
