Absolutely! You may use our mail order form or you can call us!
Do you have gift boxes?
Our focus is on supplying quality cheese, rather than fancy packaging, but we do have gift boxes, fruit trays, or gift bags available for you to choose from if you'd like us to make a custom gift. We also offer our new Wisconsin Nut'n But Cheese Cooler to place your items in.

Order early for the holidays to ensure desired delivery date!! Place your order now, specify the date you would like it shipped and we will ship it out for you.
What about security?
As outlined in our Privacy Statement, we take great care in safeguarding our customers' information. The server is safely housed in a state-of-the-art secure facility with power and internet backup. Your access is password protected and we will NEVER sell or share your information. As an added measure, we advise our customers to take appropriate measures with their own user accounts.
When is my Credit Card charged?
Your Credit Card is charge immediately upon placing your order. Your Credit Card will not be billed for purposes other than fulfilling an order.
What is your refund policy?
If an item doesn't meet your expectations, we will refund merchandise amount or send replacement.
How can I get a receipt for my purchase?
Once you've finished the checkout process, you may click "My Account", then "Show All Order", and then select the individual order you would like a receipt for. We recommend printing a receipt for your purposes.
When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to avoid having the order sit over the weekend. So, if you place an order on Thursday, the order will not ship until Monday. If you require special shipping arrangements, please call us.
How long will it take to ship my order after it is placed?
We will typically ship in 3 to 4 business days or sooner!
How will you ship my order?
We will ship either priority mail or UPS. Please specify if you have a preference.
Can I get rush delivery?
In most cases, yes. If you need your order sooner than UPS standard deliver, please contact us to get a shipping quote.
